Creamy flavors of nutritional yeast, kale, parsley, and sun dried tomato with quick-cook (not instant) pasta made from a blend of organic quinoa & corn flour. Similar to our whole wheat 'Cheddar' Mac, but gluten-free. Makes 1.5 cups per serving. 108 Cal/Oz. Vegan, Gluten-Free.

Preparation: Can be prepared in pouch, cooking pot, or other container. Stovetop Cook (fastest): Bring 1½ cup (350 ml) of water to boil. Open pouch and add pasta mix to pot of boiling water. Boil or simmer for 1 full minute. Remove from heat and stir. Keep covered for 10 minutes. Stir again and enjoy! Cook in Pouch: Bring 1½ cup (350 ml) of water to boil. Add boiling water to pasta mix. Stir. Seal pouch and let stand 20 - 30 minutes. Enjoy!
