Description

Dehydrated powdered and pasteurized whole eggs made from eggs laid by cage-free chickens at a Midwest, USA farm. Includes the entire egg, both the white and yolk. Use 2 TB of egg powder + 1/4 cup of water to make a large egg. To make a scrambled egg, stir well, and cook for 1-2 minutes in a skillet or microwave. Powdered eggs can also be added in baked recipe mixes, such as pancakes, cookies, and breads. Eggs provide an excellent source of protein. One-half pound of powdered whole eggs is equivalent to twenty four large fresh eggs. This product contains 100% pure whole eggs. No other ingredients, additives, anti-caking agents, or processing aids are included.
