One-half pound of powdered whole eggs is equivalent to twenty four large fresh eggs. This product contains 100% pure whole eggs. No other ingredients, additives, or processing aids are included. Note: Organic egg powder stock will be limited for the remainder of 2024. Please see cage-free whole egg powder as an alternative.
