Ingredients
Potato Flakes* (potatoes*, vegetarian mono and diglycerides, non-corn derived), White Cheddar Cheese* (milk*, salt, cheese culture, vegetarian microbial enzymes), Oat Flour*, Chive, Garlic*, Mustard Powder*, Paprika*, Sea Salt, Pepper*. (*Organic)

Preparation Per Serving
Open pouch and remove oxygen absorber. To make soup, bring 1½ cups (350ml) of water to boil. For mashed potatoes, boil 1 cup (235 ml) of water. Add boiling water to mix. Stir. Seal pouch and let stand for 5 minutes.
Why do the potatoes contain mono and diglycerides? This is required for the drying process to prevent the potatoes from clumping. Less than .02% remains in the final product. These potato flakes are made from peeled and grated organically USA grown potatoes from the Pacific Northwest.
