2023 Updates
We're streamlining a few products this year to keep prices as favorable as possible. We're reducing packaging this year for several products. So far, Open Sky Yasai, Lemony Herb Quinoa Salad, and Pesto Herbilicous will no longer contain an inner plastic bag of the mix with a separate olive oil packet. The oil will be part of the meal, and when you open the pouch, it will be ready to rehydrate when opened.
The Advantages:
- Fewer steps - just open, remove the oxygen packet, and hydrate.
- Less mess - the olive oil packets can't burst and leak and make a mess.
- Less packaging - eliminates the dry mix packet and olive oil packet.
- Reduces cost - fewer production steps means more favorable prices for you.
Disadvantages:
- You'll need to fish out the small oxygen absorber packet from the food.
- You can't skip the oil if you're on an oil-free diet.
