Simply add hot or cold water to this mix and dig in. Packaged in a Mylar zipper pouch for longer-term storage. An entire bulk bag makes 6 cups of prepared cereal. Vegan. No Gluten.

Preparation: Open pouch & remove oxygen absorber. For Hot Cereal: Bring 1 cup (235ml) of water to boil for every 1 cup of cereal. Add cereal mix to boiling water. Stir, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 mins. Enjoy!
For Cold Cereal: Add 1 cup of water for every ½ cup of cereal (use more water if desired), stir well, and enjoy.
