Preparation Per Serving
Boil 1/2 cup of water for every 1/2 cup of tvp. Bring water to a boil, stir in tvp, turn off heat, keep covered and let stand 3-5 minutes. Can also be prepared as no-cook by soaking for about 5 minutes in cold water.
