Our Email List
We offer those who sign-up for our email list notice of sales, new products, and other news. Email addresses are collected at events (ie trail events, trade shows) or online at OutdoorHerbivore.com. All information is used internally only. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell or rent your email address to other companies. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, click on the unsubscribe link found in the footer of your email, or contact us. We will remove your name from our email list as soon as possible.

All major Credit/Debit Cards and Paypal are all acceptable methods of payment on our website. Payments must be paid in full. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
Notice of cancellation is required immediately after orders are placed and before shipments have occurred. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. Once the order has shipped, the order can not be cancelled. Should a package shipped be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged additional shipping costs to re-ship to the correct shipment location.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Goods: Due to Federal Law, we cannot accept returns or reimbursements on purchased food items. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased with Outdoor Herbivore, you may Contact Us and we will try to accommodate you in some manner.
Services: Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
