VIII.          ORDER CANCELLATION and REFUNDS POLICY

1.   Order Cancellation Policy

Goods: Notice of cancellation is required immediately after orders are placed and before shipments have occurred. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. Once your order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. 

Goods Post Shipment: Once your order has shipped and left Outdoor Herbivore's facility, legal ownership is transferred to the customer. When shipping carriers are used, each customer acquires legal ownership of the product once it ships. Unfortunately, once a package leaves one of our facilities, the responsibility falls into the hands of the carrier chosen for your shipment. Claims for shipment damage should be made via the carrier's policies. In the event that there is a shipping problem, Outdoor Herbivore will assist customers with the carrier to the extent possible.

2.   Refunds Policy

Due to Federal Law, we cannot accept returns or reimbursements on purchased food items. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased with Outdoor Herbivore, you may Contact Us and we will try to accommodate you in some manner. 

Returned Shipments: Should a package shipped be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged additional shipping costs to re-ship to the correct shipment location.
