Preparation: Can be prepared in pouch, cooking pot, or other container. Bring 1¼ cups (300ml) of water to boil. Use more water (1 ¾ cups) if making as a soup. Open pouch and add boiling water to rice mix. Stir. Seal pouch and let stand for 10 minutes. Stir again. Serve plain or in a tortilla. Enjoy!
