Inspired by the traditional Polish dish, this warm and comforting one-pot meal combines cheesy mashed potatoes, cabbage, lentils, and tubular pasta. This hearty meal is packed with complex carbohydrates, fat, and protein to keep your energy levels up. Like any Outdoor Herbivore's backpacking meals, preparing the Pierogi Pouch is simple. Boil water, add the hot water to the pouch (or transfer it to a serving bowl), stir, and let the flavors mingle for 8 minutes.
