Freeze-dried brown rice appears whitish, light, and airy and preserves the rice's natural nutrients and flavor, offering a healthier and tastier alternative to dehydrated rice. Brown rice is an excellent source of carbohydrates and has higher fiber and protein content than white rice. This 1-pound package yields over 7 cups of instant brown rice.
