Our complete 7-day supply of dehydrated meals consisting of three (3) full meals per day, plus one dessert/hot mocha for a total of 22 meals. Lunches are all no cook (just add cold water) to save on stove fuel. This backpacking meal combo is a great choice for thru hikers, military, travel, campers, and emergency prep.
